如何找到我所在城市的店铺？
进入顶部导航的「店铺列表」，在筛选面板选择国家 → 城市，列表自动刷新。也可在搜索框输入店铺名称或关键词直接查找。
Go to the Shop List page, select Country → City in the filter panel. You can also search by name or keyword.
店铺和从业者有什么区别？
店铺（Shop）：实体经营场所，有地址、营业时间、服务项目和价格。
从业者（Practitioner）：具体技师或服务人员，通常隶属于某家店铺，可查看个人资料和联系方式。
搜索没有结果怎么办？
- 尝试换用更短的关键词
- 清除已选的国家 / 城市筛选条件
- 关闭「仅看高评分」开关
- 检查关键词拼写是否正确
二、地图功能 · Map
怎么用地图找附近的店铺？
点击导航中的「地图」进入全屏地图页。紫色图钉代表店铺，点击图钉查看摘要，再点卡片进入详情页。数字圆圈表示该区域有多家店铺，点击放大查看。
Tap the Map in the navigation. Purple pins mark shops — click a pin to preview, click the card for full details. Number bubbles are clusters; click to zoom in.
地图上可以筛选吗？
可以。点击地图左上角的「筛选」按钮，可按分类、城市、评分过滤，地图和左侧列表同步更新。
Yes. Tap the Filter button on the map to filter by category, city, or rating. The map and list update together.
三、定位与距离 · Location Distance
网站如何显示「距我 X 公里」？
首次使用距离功能时，网站会请求你的位置权限。授权后系统计算你与店铺之间的直线距离，显示在卡片上。
The site requests location permission. Once granted, it calculates the straight-line distance between you and each shop.
不想开启 GPS，还能用距离功能吗？
可以。在定位弹窗中选择「手动选择城市」，系统以该城市中心点估算距离，无需精确 GPS。
Yes. Choose “Select City Manually” in the location popup. The system estimates distance from the city center without precise GPS.
四、评分与评论 · Ratings Reviews
评分是怎么计算的？
每位用户提交评论时可附带评分（满分 5 分），网站取所有评分的加权平均值作为店铺综合评分，显示在卡片和详情页。
Each review can include a score out of 5. The shop’s overall rating is the weighted average of all submitted scores.
如何提交评论？
进入店铺详情页，滚动到底部「评论区」，填写内容并选择 1–5 分评分后提交。评论经审核后显示。
On the shop detail page, scroll to the comment section, fill in your review and select a 1–5 star rating, then submit. Reviews appear after moderation.
五、服务与价格 · Services Pricing
价格显示的是什么货币？
价格为店铺所在地当地货币（如泰铢 THB、日元 JPY 等）。可使用导航中的「汇率换算」页面实时换算成你熟悉的货币。
Prices are in the local currency of the shop’s location (e.g. THB, JPY). Use the Exchange Rate page to convert in real time.
卡片上显示的价格是起步价吗？
是的，卡片上显示的是起步价（最低消费）。具体项目和价格在详情页「服务项目」部分查看。
Yes, the price on the card is the starting price. Full service pricing is listed under “Services” on the detail page.
